New - Mint condition in Steiff Factory Box
Fifth and final in the Series from 1990 - Steiff Circus Wagon
with blond and white Dicky Bears. Both bears are similar
to ones made in 1930 and stand just over 6 inches tall.
Magnificent hand painted wooden wagon measures
8 inches/20cm x 9 inches/23cm
The wooden cage with brass bars, miniature hinges and
opening rear door can be taken apart so the two friends
can have lunch at a table made just for them !
The Golden Age of the Circus was produced during 1986 - 1990
with one wagon released each year. Each commemorative
Wagon was limited to 5,000 of each piece. While the mohair
replica animals were made by Steiff in Germany, the wagons
were made in the United States.
