As a child in her native China, Lorraine did not have many plush toys to play with. Instead, she enjoyed story books and played out her imagination by making her own toys from bits of scraps. This began her life long love of toy making. After settling down in Pickering, Ontario, Canada with her husband, her creativity and love for these creatures carried on as she continued to make toys for her (now grown) children. Lorraine's award winning and much sought after collections are brought to life by Ganz. The charming wooden Ark is 9.5" long x 6" tall with hand painted details. The top section is removable and also includes a wooden ramp. Included are seven had crafted plush animal pairs (most have heads that turn), along with Mr. and Mrs Noah Teddy Bears dressed in cloth traveling clothes.
