On August 15th, 2002, GUND was honored when a USPS stamp
featuring an antique Gund bear was released at the
American Philatelic Society's Stamp Show in Atlantic City,
NJ. Bruce Raiffe, President of GUND, was invited to speak
to 500 attendees and made a presentation while holding
Theodore, a Gund bear.
The collection of Teddy Bear stamps commemorates the 100th
birthday of the Teddy Bear. Each 6.75 x 8" sheet has
twenty .37 cent stamps. Bruce Raiffe hand signed the stamps
sets when he visited our store during the 100th anniversary
for a special weekend event on the Ark.
