and a sparkling organza overdress, accessorized with a
rhinestone necklace and smashing tiara, Mlle. N. Nium

The last in the line of VIB's as the world has known them, she
comes prepared with a rhinestone-trimmed bag full of
confetti and streamers, and her own (plastic) Champagne
glass.
